Info on our service pricing, labor hours
We estimate that 1 hour of labor is around 250 sq. ft. However, the overall condition of the space being cleaned may effect the timing of the cleaning service. The total cost calculated from the total labor hours used to clean the space. Our labor hour equals 1 cleaner per 1 hour of labor. If there are 2 cleaners that work for 2 hours that will equal 4 labor hours and so on. We are committed to efficiency so we send out more than one cleaner for larger cleaning jobs to make sure your cleaning does not take up a whole day.
