  • How do I book a clean?

    You can easily book a cleaning though our website, however if you would like to call us and book a cleaning we would love to connect with you!

  • How do I pay for my clean?

    You can easily pay using a credit card through this website when you book a service, however, your credit card will not be charged until after the cleaning has been completed.

  • What payment options are accepted?

    We accept credit card payment through our online secure booking system, your card will not be charged until after your scheduled cleaning has been completed.

  • What is the average time for x square feet?

    We recommend 1 labor hour per 250 sq. ft., but this is simply an estimate (based on size) and the timing can vary depending on the condition of the property.

  • How do I contact The Salty Broom?

    You can reach us via phone or email and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

  • What days does The Salty Broom clean?

    The Salty Broom crew works Monday- Friday, unfortunately we do not work weekends.

  • What locations do you serve?

    New Hanover County Wilmington Proper and surrounding areas, Carolina Beach, Figure Eight Island, Wrightsville Beach, Ogden, Porters Neck, and Hampstead.

  • What do I do about my Pet?

    We love your furry family members! However, to ensure our cleaners can do their job efficiently, we ask that pets be put away for the duration of the cleaning.

  • Is there anything The Salty Broom won't do?

    • Clean Biohazard Substances (i.e. blood, feces, heavy mold, animal waste)

    • Clean at heights that are inaccessible with a 2-foot step ladder and extender pole

    • Clean and organize excessive clutter

    • Exterior Window Cleaning (but we are happy to send you a referral)

    • Clean walls

    • Clean light bulbs, and fragile light fixtures

    • Lift items heavier than 40lbs
